Adrian Fittolani has spent 10 years in software delivery leadership, adopting along the way such titles as CTO, Project Manager, Program Manager and General Manager. Originally trained in traditional project management (Dip.) and business management (Ms.), very little of what he ever found useful was learned inside the classroom.
Although experienced and proficient in waterfall techniques and operations management, Adrian maintains a love and passion for Agile software development. He thrives on the excitement of team level transformation, and embraces the greater challenge of bringing agile thinking to an organisational management. His conviction is infectious, as is his enthusiasm for his work, his trade, his colleagues and his projects.
A poor sleeper, with probably one too many children, his other loves include distance running, human-interest documentaries, early model Volkswagen buses and Trent Cotchin.
