What is a ScrumMaster Worth?

I have no idea, but Joe Little has made an attempt to put a figure on it and comes up with some interesting numbers!

      Thanks for your kind words. I would not say I have figured it out. Each situation is different. But I have outlined one way of thinking about how to figure it out. Each person should fill in their own assumptions. And maybe change the model itself. But do think about it.

      And certainly I expressed my view that ScrumMasters are…well, more valuable than commonly thought (as best I can tell about “common thought”).
