Hello All,

I have been struggling sometimes with how to get people to work together in a brain storming environment to develop the basis of a project going forward.

User Stories have been a major help in my quest to understand the basic requirements quickly. Sometimes though this does not seem to be enough, Stories are happening to early in the exercise.

Then I came across the following link.

This method just assists in breaking down project into functionality groupings rather quickly.
