A compelling risk management presentation
This might seem like an odd thing to post here but I think that there are some good tips in this for risk management and planning in the face of a high degree of uncertainty. The problem here happens to be how to deal with the possibility of Global Warming but it could just as easily be whether to act pre-emptively, at significant cost, to mitigate a potential project risk. I think this is a rational approach and well presented.
