Scrum and CMMI
Now here’s something I hadn’t considered before – Scrum in a CMMI Level 5 organisation – from Jeff Sutherland. The claimed improvements in productivity, defect reduction, user satisfaction and developer satisfaction are significant.
The only issue I had with the paper is the description of the use of Scrum and CMMI together as “magic potion”. It might be a brilliant approach, and enthusiasm is great, but terminology like that triggers my bullshit filter. YMMV.
