Certified Scrum Coach draft proposal
For anyone who missed the announcement, the Scrum Alliance is working towards a Scrum Coaching certification and have released their draft CSC (Certified Scrum Coach) draft proposal for comment.
The Scrum Alliance is seeking feedback on a proposed new certification program for Scrum coaches who are guiding organizations in adopting, transitioning, implementing or scaling Scrum. The Certified Scrum Coach Program, or CSC for short, is an experience and skills-based program designed to distinguish individuals who have aided organizations in successfully applying Scrum to improve their effectiveness.
This is the latest in certification for ScrumMasters and reflects the growing maturity and recognition of the SA certification process. Current certifications include CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), CSP (Certified Scrum Practioner) and CST (Certified Scrum Trainer).
