Guys,

I am trying to organise an Agile Interest group in Melbourne, I have been able to acquire the use of some premises and free food !!!

If you interested in agile methods and interested in creating an Agile Community please give me a call. I would like to organise an initial meeting where we can discuss the idea in a bit more details.

      Hi, I run a large development team of about 100ish people using Agile and XP processes (full-time, contract & consultants). I am starting to look at how to standardise the planning side of projects and I am looking at trailling scrum as a means to do that. Does anyone know where to I would go to organise good scrum master training?

      Martin – you are most welcome to come along to MXPEG. We often discuss agile techniques othen than just from XP.

      John – if you haven’t read it already, I recommend Mike Cohn’s book on Agile Estimating and Planning. Not sure about Scrum training.
