Scrum Books
The two Scrum books on my bookshelf are:
- Agile Software Development with Scrum, Schwaber and Beedle, 2001
- Agile Project Management with Scrum, Schwaber, 2004
It’s been a while since I read them both, so no review. Are there any other Scrum books that you recommend?

AFAIK, those are the only two books solely on the subject of Scrum. There are other – such as Craig Larman’s excellent “Agile & Iterative Development: A Manager’s Guide” – that describe Scrum generally and position it as an agile method. Larman’s book is a very good introduction for those new to Agile and/or curous about how the various methods differ. It also offers some excellent material on the benefits of Agile methods.
